Job summary

Down East Community Hospital seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and produce diagnostic-quality radiographs for designated anatomical areas. You will report to the Imaging Manager and may train in other modalities. On-call rotation includes weekends and holidays.

Required: ARRT and Maine licenses, BLS certification; a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. One year preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT license required or eligible.
• State of Maine license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated anatomy with diagnostic image quality.
• Report to Imaging Manager for clinical purposes.
• Willingness to train in other modalities; on-call rotation including weekends and holidays.
