Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic examinations with minimal supervision under the Radiologist's direction in our Monroe, NC facility. You will coordinate daily activities and ensure accurate imaging and proper clerical duties.

The ideal candidate is ARRT-credentialed in Radiologic Technology, registry-eligible with completion within 1 year, and CPR-certified. You will work in a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Must be registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date. CPR certification required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development and competency for the patient population.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic examinations with minimal supervision under the Radiologist.
• Coordinates daily activities to include performing examinations and associated clerical duties.
• Confirms patient identification and manages record-keeping per departmental standards.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required and consults with radiology team.
