Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of ER/hospital experience preferred.
• ARRT and BLS certifications required.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for X-ray procedures and target body areas.
• Sterilize and maintain radiologic equipment to ensure safety.
• Assess image quality and report inconsistencies to the physician.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide reassurance.
• Monitor for adverse reactions to contrast agents and respond as needed.
• Maintain radiologic supplies inventory and report shortages.
