Job summary

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the night shift. The role performs imaging studies per physician orders using advanced imaging equipment, with emphasis on patient positioning and dose optimization to deliver high-quality images.

Qualified candidates will have an Oregon Radiographer License (or temporary license) at hire, ARRT certification within 6 months, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License.
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer Temporary License.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: ARRT certification.
• Upon hire: BLS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging examinations according to physicians' orders using imaging equipment.
• Maintains proper positioning and dose calibration to produce high-quality images.
• Keeps ALARA awareness to minimize radiation exposure for patient and staff.
• Contributes to patient-focused care and teamwork in a hospital setting.
