Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a full-time evening shift (Tuesday–Friday, 3:00 pm–1:30 am). You will perform imaging exams, ensure patient safety with ALARA practices, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality images.

Required Oregon Radiographer License or Temporary License at hire, ARRT certification within 180 days, and OBMI temp license for new grads.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
• License or temporary license at hire (Oregon Radiographer).
• ARRT certification within 180 days of hire.
• OBMI temporary license for new grads until permanent license is obtained.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging examinations as ordered by physicians.
• Use imaging equipment with emphasis on patient safety and ALARA.
• Position patients correctly and calibrate radiation doses for quality images.
