Job summary

Qualifications

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
Oregon Radiographer License or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
(1) New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
Within 6 months of hire: National Certification from ARRT.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Performs imaging examinations according to physician orders using varied imaging equipment.
Considers patient age-related needs and achieves proper positioning and dose calibration to produce high-quality images.
Maintains ALARA principle to minimize radiation exposure to patient and staff.
