Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License.
• (1) New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging examinations according to physician orders using various imaging equipment.
• Considers patient age-related needs and ensures proper positioning and radiation dose calibration.
• Aims to produce high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure to patient and staff (ALARA).

Oregon Radiographer License

Oregon Radiographer Temporary License

ARRT Certification within 180 days
