Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• MR endorsement certification (ARRT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, ensuring correct order and identification, applying safety principles, and optimizing imaging protocols while maintaining patient safety and adhering to ALARA principles. They evaluate image quality, verify data transfer, and may administer medications as per regulations. The role involves educating and monitoring students and healthcare providers, assisting with interventional procedures, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates must hold certifications from ARRT (MR), ARMRIT, or NMTCB with MR endorsement. A graduate degree from a radiologic technology program is required, with a preference for a bachelor's in a related field. The role demands proficiency in routine and complex duties, a strong understanding of MRI safety, and the ability to select appropriate pulse sequences based on protocols.
