Responsibilities

• Obtain correct order, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history with confidentiality.
• Utilize imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles to maximize safety.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access under licensed practitioner guidance.
• Evaluate image quality, verify data storage, and perform post-processing as needed.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers, ensuring safety principles are followed.
• Assist with magnetic resonance interventional procedures and perform imaging as prescribed.
• Select pulse sequences considering protocols and data acquisition factors.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and uphold departmental priorities.
