Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiography across OR, ER, fluoroscopy, inpatient and outpatient settings. You will ensure patient safety under ALARA, document contrasts, and manage images via RIS/PACS.

The role requires MA licensure, ARRT certification, and a hospital internship. The position supports off-site coverage and regular on-call/holiday rotations, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Two year AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health: Radiation Control Program in Radiography.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Clinical internship completed in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures to produce images for diagnosis and treatment.
• Obtains and documents necessary patient information for exams.
• Documents use of IV/oral contrast in the medical record.
• Begins and completes exams using RIS with high accuracy.
• Ensures quality control and uses PACS for image management.
• Applies ALARA to minimize ionizing radiation while producing clear images.
• Willing to work off-sites and participate in on‑call/holiday rotations.
