Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist to move, position, and operate radiographic equipment for procedures. You will perform imaging with attention to patient safety, maintain clean and stocked rooms, and document findings in EMR and PACS.

Requires ARRT RT(R) and BLS, 1+ year imaging experience, and strong English communication. Cross-training in advanced modalities may be required, with emphasis on ALARA safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• 1+ year radiology imaging experience preferred.
• ARRT RT(R) license and BLS required.
• Fluent in English, strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Move and position radiographic equipment to complete procedures.
• Perform imaging with correct patient demographics and documentation in EMR/PACS.
• Maintain infection control, room readiness, and equipment safety checks.
• Cross-train into advanced modalities as needed.
