Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL seeks a Radiologic Technologist for PRN per diem shifts. You will perform imaging procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and adhere to ALARA principles while using EMR and PACS.

The role requires knowledge of diagnostic imaging and active ARRT certification, with 1+ year post-certification experience. You will work with a supportive team in a faith-based healing system.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in diagnostic imaging including surgery and trauma.
• One year post-certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
• Ability to analyze data and ensure accurate information is presented.

Responsibilities

• Moves, positions, and manipulates radiographic equipment to complete procedures safely.
• Performs direct patient care duties and monitors patient condition.
• Maintains EMR and PACS documentation and ensures room readiness.
• Cross-trains into advanced modalities as needed.
