Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort. The role requires proficiency with radiographic equipment and attention to ALARA principles, with documentation in EMR/PACS and coordination with clinicians.

Minimum 1 year radiology experience or new graduate; ARRT RT certification required; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Diagnostic Imaging and radiographic procedures.
• 1+ year experience in radiology preferred or as a new graduate.
• Registered Technologist – Radiography (ARRT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures meeting standards.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Provide direct patient care ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and PACS and ensure radiation safety (ALARA).
