Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with radiographic equipment under the supervision of the Radiology team. You will confirm patient and exam details, operate fluoroscopic and portable systems, and ensure accurate records and image quality.

You will rotate through specialties and cover multiple sites as needed. A MA license and ARRT RT certification are required; 1–2 years of radiography experience is preferred; strong communication and safety

Qualifications

• 1-2 years radiologic technician experience
• MA Radiologic Technologist license; ARRT RT certification required
• Board eligible through the American Board of Radiology
• Knowledge of radiation physics, ALARA and anatomy
• Excellent reading, writing and communication in English

Responsibilities

• Confirms correct patient and exam with interview and history to ensure accurate imaging and records
• Explains exam and contrast administration to patient and ensures understanding
• Adjusts equipment for all exams to safely image patients
• Performs imaging using department protocols and radiologist request
• Ensures exams are labeled correctly and transmitted to PACS
• Adheres to departmental and hospital policies
