Job summary

Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Inc. seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform patient care and diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting. You will operate radiographic equipment, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality images.

The role requires a radiography credential and state licensure, with ARRT registration preferred. This onsite position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on ALARA principles and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Radiography required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiography preferred.
• Radiologic Technologist state license required; ARRT Radiography registration preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient and exam through ID, interview, and history.
• Explain imaging exams and procedures to patients.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for each exam.
• Perform diagnostic imaging using radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable equipment.
• Apply radiation safety principles (ALARA, shielding).
• Review images for quality and labeling before PACS transmission.
• Transmit images to PACS for Radiologist interpretation.
• Document exams and clinical details in systems.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and infection control needs.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, nurses, and technologists to support workflow.
