Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with fluoroscopic, portable, and diagnostic equipment. You will contribute as an independent practitioner and as part of a multidisciplinary team, rotating through specialties as needed to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires ARRT certification, 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a radiography certificate or diploma.
• Associates degree in Radiography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirms correct patient and exam to be performed through patient confirmation and interview, patient history, medical record; documents as needed.
• Explains exam and contrast administration to patient, considering language needs and ensuring understanding.
• Adjusts equipment to set automated and manual technical factors for safe imaging.
• Performs imaging using required equipment and contrast per protocol or radiologist request.
• Ensures exams are labeled correctly before transmission to PACS and that images arrive successfully.
• Adheres to departmental and hospital policies.
