Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Radiology Technologist II in Bridgton, ME for day or night shifts. The role performs radiographic, CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, and special procedures per department protocols, interfacing with customers to meet imaging needs and promoting teamwork.

The candidate will participate in PI/QC activities, support Performance Improvement, and may oversee staff in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Must have state licensure and fluoroscopy permit.
• National certifications in two modalities.
• Current BLS certification.
• Familiar with state and federal regulations.
• One year of Acute Clinical Radiography.
• Graduate of an ARRT-accredited program.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Overview

Position: Radiology Technologist II

Location: Bridgton, ME

Department: Radiology Diagnostic

Shifts Available: Days or Nights

Pay: up to $2,592- $3,024 gross per week; equivalent to $72.00 to $84.00 per hour.

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic, Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultra Sound or Special Procedures according to department protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/ QC activities. Assists in Maintaining Performance Improvement Program. Oversees radiology area and/or staff in Manager's / Director's absence. Maintains department supplies. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Does scheduling for assigned sub departments and maintains supplies and equipment for assigned sub department. Responsible for Processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

2. Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.

3. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.

4. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

5. One year of Acute Clinical Radiography required.

6. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.

7. Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $72.00 to $84.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
