Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiology Technologist II for a 12-week assignment in Bridgton, ME. Shifts available: days or nights.

The role requires licensure with fluoroscopy permit, ARRT certifications in two modalities, BLS, and at least one year of acute radiography experience. Position includes responsibilities for diagnostic radiography, CT, mammography, bone density, and other procedures, with duties in scheduling, supply management, and coordination with PACS.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• One year of Acute Clinical Radiography required.
• Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic, Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound or Special Procedures per department protocols.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in imaging their needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Assists in Maintaining Performance Improvement Program.
• Oversees radiology area and/or staff in Manager's/Director's absence.
• Maintains department supplies.
• Does scheduling for assigned sub departments and maintains supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Education

Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

National certifications in two modalities

Current BLS certification on hire

Familiar with State and Federal regulations

One year of Acute Clinical Radiography

Graduate of ARRT-accredited program

Proficient computer skills

Pay: up to $2,592- $3,024 gross per week; equivalent to $72.00 to $84.00 per hour.

2. Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.

3. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.

4. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

5. One year of Acute Clinical Radiography required.

6. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.

7. Proficient computer skills.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $72.00 to $84.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
