Position: Radiology Technologist II
Location: Bridgton, ME
Department: Radiology Diagnostic
Shifts Available: Nights and Days
Pay: up to $1,492.40 – $2,087.20 gross per week
Assignment Length: 12 weeks
Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic imaging procedures (X‑ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures) per department protocols
- Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care
- Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities
- Assists with maintaining the department Performance Improvement Program
- Oversees radiology operations and/or staff in the absence of the Manager/Director
- Maintains department supplies, equipment, and assigned sub‑department inventory
- Supports scheduling for assigned sub‑departments
- Promotes teamwork and excellent customer service
- Processes and transmits images to PACS
Qualifications
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
- One year of Acute Clinical Radiography required.
- Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
- Proficient computer skills.
