• Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Clearance Requirements: National Background Check with Inquiries, Fingerprints, and Drug Screen.
• Type of Employment: Full Time, Onsite, 40 hours per week.
• Estimate Pay: $30.32 - $35.25/hour.
• Paid Time Off per Year: Up to 80 hours, effective from day one.
• Sick Leave per Year: Up to 56 hours, effective from day one.
• Paid Federal Holidays: Eleven (11) paid federal holidays.

Working Hours:

Generally between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, not exceeding 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
• Licensed as a Radiology Technologist by the State of Florida.
• At least three (3) years of experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform radiology procedures independently, including chest, bone, skull, spine, and portable X-rays, using Siemens CR and GE digital equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Following radiology technician services, including equipment evaluation and maintenance.
• Transmitting, retrieving, and scanning X-ray images and reports.
• Scheduling exams, maintaining records, and ensuring quality assurance.
• Evaluating radiographic images for abnormalities and assessing technical exposure factors.
• Explaining procedures to patients and ensuring safety protocols.
• Coordinating with radiologists and medical staff for interpretation and continuity of care.
• Maintaining equipment, supplies, and preparing X-rays for shipment and interpretation.
• Supporting inspections and quality control activities.
