Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Produces diagnostic radiographic examinations by positioning patients and selecting technical factors.
• Gathers information from medical records to prepare scanning protocols.
• Performs portable x-ray examinations in various settings.
• Identifies patients and correctly marks images.
• Maintains x-ray room and ensures supplies are available.
• Prepares radiopaque contrast media and assists with administration.
• Handles scheduling, patient instruction, and records maintenance.
