Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Westside Urgent Care location in Ohio. The role requires ARRT certification and state licensure preferred, with duties focused on diagnostic imaging, patient safety, and documentation.

You will work within a patient-centered team and support efficient radiology workflows. Responsibilities include positioning, shielding, documenting procedures, and assisting with fluoroscopy as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology required or eligible.
• State licensure preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and necessary lab work for imaging orders.
• Positions patient to optimize anatomical views while ensuring comfort.
• Applies radiation protection to minimize exposure.
• Performs radiographic procedures using imaging equipment.
• Verifies consent and completes pre/post procedure documentation.
• Assists with fluoroscopic and specialized radiography; follows sterile technique.
