Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Diagnostic Imaging Department. This part-time days position runs Thursdays and Fridays, 7:30am–8:00pm, at Baptist Beaches location.

The role involves room setup, patient positioning, and producing diagnostic images while collaborating with nurses and physicians to ensure safe and compassionate care. Must have BLS and appropriate radiologic credentials, with pediatric familiarity encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Radiology/imaging experience preferred.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.

• Performing high-quality radiographic procedures.
• Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Comfortable with Pediatrics.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner, by state and federal regulations, or Lawful institutional policy.

Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Diagnostic Imaging Department at Baptist Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a Part-Time Days opportunity working Thursday-Friday 7:30am-8:00pm.

As a Radiology Technologist, your day will consist of prepping rooms and positioning patients to capture clear diagnostic images that guide clinical decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure every patient receives safe, accurate, and compassionate care.

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - DOH Required Or
• Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography, ARRT (CI) Required Or
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT – ARRT Or
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - CCI – Cardiovascular Preferred

This Radiology Technologist will be located at Baptist Beaches.
