Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure patient safety across shifts. The role involves managing equipment, patient transport, and room readiness while upholding infection control standards.

Required ARRT registration and BLS; prior radiology experience preferred. New graduates are welcome, with Florida state licensure considerations and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Diagnostic Imaging including Surgery and Trauma.
• 1 year post-certification experience preferred.
• Experience or ability to train students radiographers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
• Operate radiographic equipment to complete procedures safely.
• Provide direct patient care within technologist scope and maintain infection control.
• Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and safe.
• Cross-train into advanced modalities as needed.
