Job summary

Athletic Radiology Department at Advocate Health Stanly in North Carolina seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic exams and fluoroscopic procedures under radiologist supervision. You will coordinate daily tasks, verify patient identity, prepare contrast media, and document procedures.

Requirements include ARRT-recognized radiologic technology education and CPR certification, with registry eligibility and completion within 1 year. Per diem and benefits eligible, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized radiologic technology program.
• CPR certification required; registry eligible with completion within 1 year of hire.
• Demonstrates growth and development knowledge for patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with minimal supervision.
• Document patient history on requisitions; confirm patient identity.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Consult with radiologist and other physicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and operate equipment per procedure.
