Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and registration required; state licensure preferred.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from ARRT-accredited program.
• 1 year experience in radiology safety and patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position and immobilize patients to obtain diagnostic images.
• Maintain ALARA and radiation safety for patient and staff.
• Operate imaging equipment to perform radiographic procedures.
• Document orders and pre/post procedure activities.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopy and contrast administration.
• Ensure patient comfort and effective communication.
