Job description

$1,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates

We are currently seeking a part-time (20 hrs/week) Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology Department. The position is eligible for part-time benefits, including medical and dental insurance.

Position Scope:

Responsibilities include performing radiographic procedures and utilizing technical skills in radiology to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries, as well as detecting foreign bodies, in accordance with established clinic procedures and relevant regulations. All activities support the short and long-term mission, goals, and objectives of the Stillwater Medical Group.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Licenses, certifications, or registrations demonstrating recognized competence, meeting federal, state, or local requirements for employment.
  • Current registration as an American Registered Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.).
  • Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology training program.
  • Wisconsin license preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • CPR Certification (Current).
  • OSHA - SMG.
Skills required:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field.
  • Skill in performing tasks appropriately, with tact and diplomacy in interactions.
  • Ability to learn and retain patient care procedures, project a professional image, plan and prioritize tasks, demonstrate compassion, follow written instructions, communicate clearly, and establish effective relationships with staff, patients, and families.
Experience required:
  • At least one year of experience working in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
  • Bone Densitometry experience is preferred.
Computer proficiency:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Keyboarding skills.
