Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures primarily in the main radiology area at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. You will operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images for newborn to geriatric patients under supervision.

This per diem, onsite role supports flexible scheduling with rotating shifts. A required associate degree, ARRT certification or eligibility, and CPR/BLS are expected, with ongoing CEU maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military equivalent in Radiologic Technology required.
• Radiologic Technologist License issued by MA DPH Radiation Control Board required.
• Registered by ARRT or must register within 12 months of hire.
• CPR/BLS certification/training required.
• Maintain CEU requirements as mandated by ARRT and state policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures and duties in main radiology under supervision.
• Operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images for patients from newborn to geriatric.
• Adhere to federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures.

Operates imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.QualificationsKnowledge of the special needs and behaviors of infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent military training in Radiologic Technology required. Radiologic Technologist License issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Radiation Control Board required.
