Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion from a Radiology Technology Program or equivalent.
• Current ARRT(R) registration or pending certification.
• Strong understanding of radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions, plan, and organize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods as directed by a licensed physician.
• Exercises judgment in selecting and adjusting settings for each patient.
• Develops and implements procedure or treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Participates in performance improvement activities, collecting quality data to monitor standards.
• Completes assigned goals and performs additional duties as needed.

• Licensure as required, including ARRT(R), BLS certification within 14 days of hire, and state licensing if applicable.
