Job summary

STGi seeks a Radiology Technician to provide imaging services at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic.

You will perform conventional radiography, portable, CR/DR, and operating room studies, assist radiologists, ensure patient safety, quality control, and accurate documentation throughout each exam.

This role requires an active state license, ARRT registration, and BLS, with strong communication skills to interact with patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active state radiology license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT registered radiologic technologist (RT-R) preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform head, trunk and extremity radiographs with proper exposure techniques.
• Operate CR/DR and generative imaging systems with appropriate safety measures.
• Ensure quality control and proper annotation; route images to PACS/archives.
• Review requests and obtain necessary clinical history; clarify as needed.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and infection control standards.
