Job summary

Physicians Care in East Ridge, TN is seeking an experienced ARRT Radiology/X-ray Tech to join our full-time team. You will perform x-ray testing, prepare rooms, assist providers, and maintain safety protocols.

The ideal candidate holds TN State X-Ray License, ARRT certification (or eligibility), BLS, and prior Medical Assistant experience is a plus. We offer a rotating 36-40 hour schedule, benefits, and a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification is required.
• TN State X-Ray License is required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in the waiting area, exam room, and radiology room.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients through the process.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
• Document vital signs, history, medications, and allergies.
• Ensure radiology procedures are performed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to the manager.
• Perform quality control and prepare rooms for procedures.
