Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in line with department protocols and patient imaging needs.

You will join a team dedicated to high-quality care, contribute to QA/QC, and support image processing and PACS transmissions. The role is full-time with night shifts and competitive compensation within Prime Healthcare's network.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R certification is required.
• State licensure and fluoroscopy permit required.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• At least one year of radiology experience preferred.

Overview

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

• 1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• 2. ARRT-R is required.
• 3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• 4. Current BCLS (AHA).
• 5. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• 6. Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $32.00 to $40.01 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
