Job summary

Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale NewHaven Health, seeks an Radiologic Support Aide to assist the Radiologic Technologist and perform clerical duties for diagnostic procedures. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains an orderly and clean work environment.
• Prepares the diagnostic room with necessary supplies and equipment for the diagnostic procedure.
• Performs clerical duties as necessary for all diagnostic procedures.
• Interacts professionally and effectively with medical staff, patients and families.
• Transports patients to and from the radiographic procedure room.
• Sends for patient when directed by technologist.
