Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required; some medical knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent telephone communications and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read computer screens, forms, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an orderly and clean work environment.
• Prepares the diagnostic room with necessary supplies and equipment for the diagnostic procedure.
• Performs clerical duties as necessary for all diagnostic procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Communicates in a clear and concise manner.
• Interacts professionally and effectively with medical staff, patients and families.
• Assists the technologist with patient care responsibilities.
• Transports patients to and from the radiographic procedure room.
• Performs other related duties as required.
