Bluegrass Orthopaedics in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. You'll work with a radiology tech assistant to support daily tasks in our clinic.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, positioning, following radiation safety protocols, maintaining equipment, managing imaging orders in the EMR, and supporting the clinical team with patient

• Must maintain required professional licenses and certifications.

• Maintain and monitor equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Manage imaging orders and documentation within the EMR system.
• Monitor and communicate supply needs to the Radiology Supervisor.
• Support the clinical team as needed, including obtaining vital signs and assisting with patient flow.
• Maintain required professional licenses and certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Radiologic Technologist will operate imaging equipment, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role will have a radiology tech assistant to support daily tasks within the clinic. This role is integral to delivering high-quality patient care in our orthopaedic practice.
