Radiology Forward is seeking a Technologist Aide to support patient intake, scheduling, and clerical tasks in a clinical setting. You will help ensure accurate records, verify coverage, and assist the care team to facilitate efficient patient flow.

The role emphasizes professionalism, clear communication, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of medical office experience and intermediate computer skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge; familiarity with radiology office work preferred.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register patients, collect copays, verify information and notify arrivals.
• Obtain insurance/authorizations and gather patient signatures; ensure documentation is complete.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and inform staff of changes.
• Sterilize equipment and tools in each department before patient exams.
