UVMMC - Medical Center - Main Campus in Burlington, VT is seeking a Radiology Medical Assistant to support radiologic technologists. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, stocking rooms, assisting patients, and scheduling exams in Radiology Information System (Radiant).

Education requires a high school diploma; LNA or equivalent medical experience is preferred. Prior hospital experience is desirable; this is a bargaining union position.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent. LNA or comparable medical experience preferred.
• This position requires verification of your high school diploma. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited in for an interview.

Mansioni

• Assist radiologic technologists with patient exams and clerical tasks.
• Stock rooms, aid patients to and from exam rooms, and schedule exams in the Radiology Information System (Radiant).
• Arrange and schedule inpatients for appointments and transport patients to and from radiology.
• This position will be trained to start IVs in some modalities.
