RWJBarnabas Health in Jersey City is seeking a Coordinator Clerical for Radiology Support Services. This full-time hourly role supports patient scheduling, EPIC work queues, and workflow coordination across inpatient units, the Emergency Department, Interventional Radiology, and outpatient services.

A high school diploma is required; 1 year radiology/healthcare experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC is expected, along with strong customer service and organizational

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year radiology/medical healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, fax).
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and EPIC workflow queues.
• Coordinate daily assignments with Radiology and Fluoroscopy teams.
• Process incoming calls and release medical records per protocols.
• Monitor supply inventory and communicate operational concerns to supervisors.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians and staff.
