Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients upon arrival and facilitates the department experience.
• Answers phone calls promptly and identifies self and unit.
• Verifies written orders and notifies physicians of inaccuracies.
• Supports radiologic technologists in planning and executing routine imaging procedures.
• Prepares patients for basic examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Informs staff of patient arrival and coordinates department workflow.
• Assists with patient comfort and direct patient care as needed.
