• Temporary permit valid for 180 days from issue; not eligible for IV contrast administration certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine radiological procedures.
• Assists and positions patients for imaging according to protocols.
• Ensures proper labeling of radiographic images per SOP.
• Adheres to shielding, collimation and radiation protection standards.
• Records patient tracking information in IDX and schedules exams.
