Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise radiology staff, handle performance evaluations, scheduling and training.
• Address staffing and disciplinary issues; implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Assist in payroll processing for the assigned staff.
• Plan and evaluate daily radiology staffing to support patient care.
• Monitor patient concerns and ensure high patient satisfaction in collaboration with physicians.
