Job summary

St. David's HealthCare is seeking a Manager of Radiology Services for the St. David's South Austin Medical Center. You will supervise staff across Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT and Mammography, aligning services with hospital policy and physician directives.

You will drive performance improvement, develop department guidelines, and coordinate staffing and finances in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technologist; 2 years Supervisory experience.
• Must hold a current MRT license from Texas Medical Board.
• Advanced certification in one or more modalities preferred (QM, Mammography, Cardio Vascular, CT, MRI).
• BLS certification and ARRT registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour accountability for Radiology Department operations, including Diagnostic, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, and Mammography.
• Develop, implement and revise policies and procedures to guide service delivery.
• Coordinate financial operations and staff scheduling; drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care across settings.
