Job summary

McLaren Healthcare in Michigan seeks a Senior IT Leader for Radiology (PACS) and Cardiology (CPACS) applications. You will direct budgeting, staffing and strategic initiatives for the administrative team, collaborating with department leaders, physicians and vendors to ensure secure, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 8 years imaging experience in a healthcare environment.
• 3 years in an imaging managerial role.
• 3 years’ experience in technical and strategic roles in healthcare environments (in a large integrated healthcare system).

Responsibilities

• Plans, prioritizes, directs, and supervises staff, users and vendors in imaging systems development and support.
• Provides functional and technical leadership for software applications enhancements or modifications.
• Monitors system issues, escalates as needed, and supports incident management.
• Develops budgets and goals aligned with IT strategy and reports to leadership.
