Michigan Medicine seeks a Clinical Nursing Director for the Diagnostic Radiology & Recovery Nursing unit. This role provides professional nursing leadership, supervises RN staff, and ensures high-quality patient care across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure radiology services at multiple sites.

The director collaborates with Radiology leadership on budgets, staffing, and program development, ensuring compliance with standards and accreditation while mentoring staff and leading education

Qualificações

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field; JD may be considered.
• Two years of recent leadership experience in nursing.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience with progressive clinical competence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement unit goals and standards of nursing practice.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for 24/7 unit operations.
• Collaborate with Radiology leadership for budget and program development.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and staff development.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead quality improvement and LEAN initiatives in the unit.
• Ensure coordination between nursing services and other units.
