Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB certification required or equivalent credentials.
• Continued education credits as required by accrediting bodies (ECE).

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement short and long-term goals for radiology; align with mission.
• Select, train and evaluate leadership staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and manage budget, inventory, capital planning, and cost accounting; ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality control across procedures and staff.
• Enhance patient and family experience programs; coordinate with hospital leadership.
• Represent radiology to other departments and committees; drive program enhancements.
