Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of hospital leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite; NJ licensure in radiology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; masters preferred for leadership in healthcare administration.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospital operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with common software.
• NJ state licensure in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all components of Diagnostic Imaging and direct operations.
• Develop annual goals, monitor performance, and report progress.
• Establish policies and ensure compliance with licensure and regulations.
• Plan budgeting, manage expenses, and justify variances.
• Coordinate admin, fiscal, and technical activities for imaging modalities.
• Lead staff development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
