• Represents the hospital positively when engaging with external entities.
• Schedules special procedures with physicians and staff.
• Communicates with departments for add-on cases and manages reservations within timeframes.
• Assists with process improvements with Director approval.
• Provides front-desk support to minimize wait times and address service concerns.
• Performs records release of radiology films and reports, HIPAA compliant.
