Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a QGenda Scheduling Analyst - Radiology to manage scheduling and related administrative functions for the Department of Radiology, including outpatient sites.

You will create and modify physician templates for 200+ providers, ensure proper coverage, and lead scheduling projects while collaborating with leadership, central scheduling, IHIS, cadence team, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant scheduling or operations experience required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee administrative functions of clinical operations for Radiology.
• Facilitate scheduling improvement projects and radiologist scheduling duties.
• Create and modify physician templates and schedules for 200+ providers, trainees, and external contracted physicians.
• Ensure required provider coverage for immediate needs and long-range planning.
• Coordinate with Department leadership, central scheduling, IHIS, cadence team, and external vendors.
