Qualifications

• Two years of clerical/secretarial experience in a health care setting with computer familiarity.
• Ability to learn and operate Radiology Information System and related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and provide information; route calls and take messages.
• Greet patients and coordinate scheduled appointments and registrations.
• Enter patient demographics and orders into MISYS; maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Retrieve and print radiology reports and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
