Job summary

Rezolut in New Windsor, NY is seeking a Lead Registration Administrator to oversee scheduling, registration, front desk, and clerical operations across multiple imaging centers. You will lead a team to ensure accurate registrations, efficient workflows, and excellent patient service in a fast-paced outpatient radiology environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical office/radiology settings and prior supervisory experience; RIS/EMR and insurance verification knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical office or radiology experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RIS, PACS, EMR and insurance verification.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise front desk, scheduling, registration, and authorization staff.
• Conduct hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action.
• Build schedules, monitor staffing levels, and cross-train employees.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate operational priorities.
• Foster accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and patient-first service.
• Oversee scheduling for MRI, CT, PET/CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, DEXA, and Fluoroscopy.
• Monitor schedule utilization and fill cancellations quickly.
• Ensure accurate registration, demographic verification, insurance capture, and collections.
• Manage authorizations and referral documentation.
• Coordinate STAT exams and urgent add-ons with technologists and radiologists.
• Support referring providers with scheduling and report requests.
• Resolve patient complaints and service recovery issues.
